The Profiles can be produced to web and flange thickness from 16 mm to 250mm. Production line is able to support mass productions of I-beam and H-beam Profiles with depth up to 1.5 meters.
Profiles higher then 1.5 meters and up to 3.5 meters are produced under special gantry process.
The Profile Welding Plant is capable of producing L, T, I, U, and Z sections Variants of the L-section can be made. Please click on this link to See Catalog.
In addition to these sections, webs and flanges for larger sections can be supplied.
In addition to standard, I, L, T , ATG Limited is able to produce the following special products :
- Hybrid Beams, i.e. beams made up of various steel type.
- Beams having unequal widths / thicknesses (I-Beams) in the upper and lower flange.
- Beams with tapered web.
- Beams with discontinuous weld.

Materials and Application
Purchased plates are used that are cut into webs and flanges. Hire welding is also carried out on flats provided by the customer.
The use of welded section/beams will normally enable optimization of material utilization for a range of applications.
